Delhi Police is protecting RSS goons in Connaught Place?

The claim that a viral video shows a Delhi Police officer blessing an RSS goon is unproven. The footage does not clearly establish the civilian's identity or show any blessing taking place. However, reports confirm that right-wing groups did threaten and assault protesters in Connaught Place while nearby police personnel failed to intervene. Delhi Police later arrested four men in connection with the violence against the protesters.

🔎 Our read of the video

The video shows police and security personnel walking along a street with members of the public present. The footage is too brief and obstructed to confirm whether anyone touched an officer's feet or received a blessing.

An AI assessment from the footage alone; watch the video and judge for yourself.
