It wants you to think: "Student activists who question judicial outcomes are terrorist sympathizers working against national security."
Attaching criminal labels to an individual does not invalidate or refute the specific legal arguments they raise regarding court judgments. Equating all questioning of capital punishment with glorifying terrorism overlooks established democratic and legal advocacy against the death penalty.
- Loaded language: "पढ़ाई या देशद्रोह की Ph.D ?". It frames academic discussion and student activism at a university as treason, using dramatic phrasing to provoke anger.
- Insinuation by question: "फांसी पर चर्चा के बहाने आतंकी का महिमामंडन क्यों ?". It uses a leading question to plant the assumption that any public discussion or critique of a judicial verdict is secretly an attempt to glorify a terrorist.
